Delivery/Freight Charge Update:Rural Charges: Yes, we do charge rural! Orders over $500 to a non-rural address are freight free. Please note that as soon as your address is considered rural, we get charged a base fee plus extra charges to deliver to a rural address, Our rural charges are only a percentage of the freight cost. To check your address, click here. If you have any questions or wish us to get a quote, do let us know and we will be happy to assist! Collection orders during Covid: You can click and collect from our website! Our pickup address is 491 Waterloo Road, Islington, Christchurch and our collection hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. We ask that you come to the front counter and sign in before being directed to collect your goods. If you have been in contact with Covid or currently have Covid, we ask that you delay your collection. Please do note that once your order is ready for collection, you will receive and email from us, usually within a working day of placing your order. If you need it immediately, do call us so we can speed up this process for you. Note for deliveries during the current Covid Outbreak:
To all our wonderful customers, we are aware of the delays in deliveries nationwide and to combat this, all orders are dispatched with 48 hours (working days) unless this is a custom order. Please note we partner with many freight companies and we are finding that ALL of them are facing unprecedented delays due to staff shortages, causing delays of 1-2 weeks on top of your standard delivery times. The main centres such as Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington and Hamilton are facing a backlog which is causing the towns surrounding to experience delays as well. |

Please note that if your address is more than a 20km round trip from the destination town, there will likely be additional charges on top of the above rural charges.
For any rural deliveries, please allow an EXTRA 2-5 days to your given address as our transport partners deliver to the rural agents and it is delivered by them.
Large Deliveries
Please note that if you place a large order on the website and you are in a rural area, you will require unloading equipment such as a forklift. If you do not have
this available, please advise us and we will be happy to organise a Hiab, however, this will incur further fees.
Outer Island Deliveries
NZ Other Islands include: Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart - any others please enquire
Please note for outer island deliveries, we can also send to the freight company of your choice in NZ who will be onforwarding this to the island complete with
your onforwarding paperwork for ease of delivery for you.
