How
• Level ground for consistent soil contact
Then fertilise and seed as per typical guidelines
• Lay matting ensuring its even and relatively taut (no wrinkles)
• On slopes, the mat can be anchored in a shallow trench at the top
• Overlap by 100mm and fix biodegradable pegs every 0.5m on the edges and overlaps and every 1m in the centres
• Hydro mulching on top is also possible
